How the Praven Intelekt document analysis module works

First, we process the uploaded documents, extract the key information from them, and produce a summary of their content.

Step by step: Analyzing a document
1. Select "Document Analysis" From the platform's three main modules (Legal Research, Contract Drafting, and Document Analysis), choose the analysis option.
2. Upload one or more files You can upload one or more documents directly into the platform. We support the main document formats (Word, PDF). The system will recognize the format and prepare the text for processing.
**3. Ask your question **Explain what you want Praven Intelekt to analyze - for example, to extract the main arguments from an attached statement of claim, to identify grounds for appealing a court ruling, to flag the risks for one of the parties to a contract, and so on.
4. Automatic retrieval of legal sources Praven Intelekt searches our database for the most relevant laws, ordinances, regulations, and court rulings that relate to the content of the document.
5. Answer and analysis You receive an answer to your question, structured point by point - strengths, potential weaknesses, risky clauses or gaps, as well as the legal basis for each finding. Every cited article is a hyperlink that takes you directly to the original text in the official source.
6. Follow-up questions At the end of the analysis you'll find a series of questions that could help you refine or strengthen the document. This is especially useful during negotiations or before filing a case.
