FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which sources does Praven Intelekt work with?

The Praven Intelekt database includes:

  • all Bulgarian normative acts (laws, rules, ordinances, etc.) in their latest version,
  • regulations and directives of the European Union in their latest version,
  • case law and interpretive decisions of the Supreme Court of Cassation (ВКС) and the Supreme Administrative Court (ВАС),
  • case law of the Court of Justice of the EU (СЕС), the General Court of the EU, and opinions of the EU Advocates General,
  • case law of district, regional, and administrative courts from the Unified Portal for Electronic Justice (ЕПЕП),
  • the official legislative and methodological materials of the Bulgarian Public Procurement Agency (АОП), including current and archived guidance.
How often do you update your database of normative acts and case law?

Legislation follows the publication of the State Gazette (ДВ), and case law from the Supreme Court of Cassation (ВКС), the Supreme Administrative Court (ВАС), the lower courts, and the Court of Justice of the EU is refreshed every day. Materials from the Bulgarian Public Procurement Agency are checked for changes weekly.

Which artificial intelligence model do you run on?

We always use the best and latest models available through Azure OpenAI (currently GPT-5.5). The models run on dedicated servers via Azure AI Foundry, which guarantees that your data is not shared with OpenAI and is not used to train their models.

How do you ensure the security and confidentiality of data?

All data is stored and processed exclusively within the European Union - on servers located in Germany, France, and Sweden. We use AES-256 encryption, trusted cloud services, and GDPR-compliant processes.

Is customer data used to train artificial intelligence?

No. Data from customers' uploaded documents or prompts is not used to train our models, to improve services, or to train the models of external providers.

Can I try out how Praven Intelekt works?
