CEO
Siyanna is an attorney at the Sofia Bar Association. She holds a law degree from Sofia University (2019) and a master's from the University of Cambridge (2021) in technology law and intellectual property. She has worked at law firms in Sofia and Brussels, as well as at the European Commission.
Siyanna is a co-founder of Praven Intelekt and CuratedAI, and an alumna of the Techstars Berlin (2024) and WomenTech EU (2025) accelerators.
CTO
Rangel is an AI engineer and consultant with a bachelor's in computer science from Harvard University (2020).
He founded an AI startup in Silicon Valley backed by leading international programs and investors, including Y Combinator (2023) and Entrepreneur First (2022).
CRO
Kristiyan earned his law degree from Sofia University (2016) and began his career at law firms in Sofia. Over the past 10 years he has worked in sales and business development across the technology sector, with companies such as Progress Software (Telerik tools) and Gtmhub (Quantive). In 2024 he founded Argumento, a platform that connects clients with lawyers.
Kristiyan is a co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer at Praven Intelekt, where he focuses on the company's business development.
Founding AI Engineer
Antonio is a software engineer with over 10 years of experience building software products and AI systems. He holds a law degree from Coventry University (2016), after which he moved into software engineering.
Before Praven Intelekt, he was a co-founder and CTO of Thinkpilot, as well as a technical lead at several companies in the technology sector.
CLO
Georgi is in-house legal counsel at a large software company, focusing on intellectual property, open-source licensing, and emerging technologies. He has over 6 years of experience advising leading technology companies.
Georgi holds a law degree from Sofia University (2020) and a master's in technology law from Tilburg University (2025).
Head of Talent Bulgaria
With over six years of international recruiting experience, Nelly helps talented people around the world find their place in strong teams. She holds an MBA in Executive Management and a master's degree in Management. She speaks Bulgarian, Arabic, and English.

Associate
Magdalena is a second-year student in international law at Bocconi University and is also pursuing a law degree part-time at Sofia University.
Outside the classroom, she is vice president of the Law4AI youth association, a board member of LawTalkToday (the largest youth legal newspaper), and a research fellow at VOYCE, the largest youth think tank in Europe.
Legal Advisor
Atanas is a director of tax and legal services at PwC Bulgaria. He has over 15 years of experience as a legal and tax advisor in Sofia and New York.
Atanas holds a law degree from Sofia University (2012) and a master's from Harvard Law School (2017).
