Full-stack engineer

We are looking for a strong full-stack and generalist engineer who thinks in systems and can drive product development end-to-end: from architecture to shipped features.

This role is not about maintaining code. It is about building, iterating fast, and owning outcomes.

You will work across product, backend systems, frontend experiences, data pipelines, retrieval, infrastructure, and AI workflows. The job is to make hard product problems tractable, ship quickly, and keep improving what ships.

What you'll do

Design and build product features end-to-end across backend, frontend, and infrastructure.
Own systems from zero to production to scale.
Work closely with product to ship and iterate rapidly, including weekly beta releases.
Identify and fix issues proactively, not just execute tasks.
Continuously improve system architecture, performance, and reliability.

What we're looking for

Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Google Cloud, or similar platforms.
Strong familiarity with modern AI tooling and development environments such as Cursor and Claude Code.
Experience working with large-scale data pipelines, especially unstructured text.
Solid understanding of search and retrieval systems, including vector databases, embeddings, RAG, and indexing.
Proven ability to build from scratch and operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
High attention to detail, with the habit of catching edge cases, bugs, and inconsistencies before production.
Strong system design and architectural thinking.

This role combines early-stage ownership with meaningful financial upside.

Up to EUR 5,000 net monthly.
